Position Responsibilities:
Lead multiple key functions across Sales Operations, with a primary focus on complex AWS strategic customers’ private pricing billing processes and systems. Serve as a strategic business partner to sales leaders, designing and executing "incubate to automate" processes while developing and implementing go-to-market strategies. Lead complex, mission-critical cross-team projects, partner with engineering teams for automation initiatives, and drive the evolution of operations tools and applications. Analyze large data sets to provide actionable insights, establish forecast models, and ensure data accuracy across multiple sources. Identify and mitigate business risks, ensure compliance with financial reporting mechanisms, and manage escalations of complex billing issues. Define and implement operational policies, processes, and procedures for territory planning, quota setting, and revenue management, while continuously working to improve and automate systems for enhanced efficiency and customer experience.
Position Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data; (2) working with SQL; (3) working in sales operations; (4) experience with stakeholder management and dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of an organization; (5) working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams; and (6) using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
