Key job responsibilities
Network Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end planning and execution across Sort Centers, Fulfillment Centers, Last Mile, Middle Mile, and Line Haul operations. Ensure operational readiness for network changes by aligning go-live dates, designing containerization strategies, managing pre-configuration requirements, coordinating padding strategies, and integrating inputs into peak and business-as-usual forecasting plans.

Strategic Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to provide design guidance, drive rapid decision-making, and own network design changes that enable speed improvements and cost reductions. Support partner-driven programs and initiatives across the transportation ecosystem.

Quality Deployment Management: Identify stakeholder needs and key performance indicators, facilitate trade-off decisions considering customer experience, financial goals, compliance, process dependencies, metrics, quality, and efficiency. Guide teams on iterative improvements and deployment excellence.

Global Tool Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end onboarding for global tool implementations in the India region, ensuring alignment with global parity standards. Develop and execute strategic onboarding plans with defined timelines, milestones, and success metrics. Key Competencies

Complex Change Management: Manage system configuration design complexities by partnering on Middle Mile South and Central Region projects, Line Haul initiatives, automation of CORE Configuration processes, and business improvements through system optimizations. Requires deep understanding of cross-mile complexities to make informed long-term decisions.

Strategic Accountability: Own strategy development for existing and future networks, managing all stages from intake to delivery. Provide immediate problem-solving for high-severity stakeholder issues.

Systems Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in ATROPS, Sort tech configuration, RADIAN, and emerging network configuration systems. Provide business inputs to eliminate dependency failures and establish robust, scalable mechanisms for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Navigate diverse stakeholder relationships spanning Business teams (Program & Operations), Operations teams, and Forecasting teams. Drive consensus on key strategies through effective stakeholder management.
