Reporting to the Inventory Manager, this role provides you with a fantastic opportunity to drive efficient supply chain of inventory to/from/within Queensland.
This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers, to ensure optimum inventory levels and records are maintained, so the business can make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and execution of stocktake (internal and external), POS stocktake and damages reporting including posting, reconciliation variance analysis and consolidation of supporting documentation
- Assist in the management of Tingalpa’s stock to include ordering, stocktake, low code report, damages, reconciling of stock variance analysis and consolidation of supporting documentation
- Work closely with supplying sites and transport providers to ensure continuity and prioritisation of inventory requirements
- Mange Daily stock In Transit and set priority of warehouse unload activities. Follow up with DC Manager & / or freight service provider / 3rd party warehouse to expedite shipments where necessary
- Execute QA / HOLD procedure ensuring accurate system control, documentation and physical isolation of all QA / HOLD inventory
- Support the Company safety systems, including risk assessments, procedures and SWMS that result in an injury free workplace through the identification and management of all risks experienced through the tasks you control
About you:
- 1+ year in a similar Inventory or Warehousing role (FMCG preferred)
- Experience and working knowledge of SAP & WMS
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and inventory control management
- Positive attitude with the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to build and nurture ongoing positive working relationships both internally and externally
