About this role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Enterprise Risk Program Office (ERPO) within the Chief Administrative Office (CAO). The Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant is responsible for supporting enterprise-wide control and issue monitoring for the front-line Horizontal Enterprise Risk Programs.
The Enterprise Risk Program Office provides standardized insights and reporting on issues and controls across the organization to identify themes, trends, and concentrations of risks for Horizontal Enterprise Risk Programs. This information guides Enterprise Risk Program actions and risk mitigation strategies, enabling Program Owners to understand aggregated risks and identify opportunities to streamline and simplify the risk and control environment.
In this role, you will:
Create dashboard reporting requirements to analyze control effectiveness, identify trends, themes, concentration of risks and cross-business applicability, providing a comprehensive view of unmitigated risks by program.
Deliver insights and reporting solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, innovation, and coordination of highly complex activities.
Communicate actionable insights and recommendations using data in a digestible format to a non-technical audience of varying levels, including senior leadership, across the company.
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations that help Enterprise Risk Program Owners drive standardization across the enterprise.
Ability to navigate multiple data sources, reporting tools and products to perform analysis and deliver insights.
Identify opportunities to implement improvements, standardization, rationalization, and automation processes. Standardize and simplify and reporting packages.
Plan, coordinate, and execute data research projects or results oriented intelligence that support the business.
Support delivery of the Enterprise Risk Program Health Assessment.
Maintain documentation for business processes with a focus on standardization of controls, ensuring Audit readiness.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Ability to synthesize/translate data and create PPT presentations for executive consumption.
Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas.
Expert ability to influence and consult strategically across a large organization and with various levels of leadership/stakeholders.
Proficiency in SAS or SQL and other statistical tools to support data mining and analytical insights.
Strong Experience with Excel, Tableau, Power BI.
Strong PowerPoint skills.
Experience in proactive detection of patterns and trends.
Strong expertise in RCSA methodology, control/process development, execution, and reporting.
Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability and develop pragmatic solutions.
Strong understanding of Issue Management Policy and Procedures and Policy Management Policy and Procedures.
Clear understanding of Risk Management Framework, enterprise/business policies, and programs to translate requirements into plans for the business.
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Expert knowledge of risk, issue, and control data.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
Willingness to work on-site at one of the specific locations included in this job posting.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $250,000.00Benefits
